We took the kids to the see this yesterday. We thought it was better than the first one. The one liners and subtle adult humor made this movie just as entertaining for adults as it was for kids.
Julie Andrews and John Cleese added their talents to the movie, and were perfect additions to the cast.
If you enjoyed the first Shrek movie you will definitely like this one.

I loved the sequel too. I don't think my daughter liked it as well as the first one, though. Puss N Boots was adorable!

DH & I saw it on Sunday evening. We loved it. Shrek 2 definately has more one liners for adults than the 1st one. We loved when Shrek, Donkey and Puss were on "Knights" getting arrested. The knights found the pouch of catnip in Puss's belt, he states, "I swear it's not mine!". :LOL:
I thought the plot was great, animation wonderful. Definately going to have to see it a few times so that I can get all of the little details!

LOVE this movie! Better than the first one, I thought. Eddie Murphy was a freakin' riot.
