I also have this same "condition." For those that say it's a medical condition, then you're wrong. Mine started out as sexual arousal. It's a clear fluid much like precum, but from my anus. I am sorry but I think this is incorrect, you are just parroting what you have read elsewhere. Knowledge of detailed human sexual physiology, especially related to the anus as a source of sexual arousal is very weak, doctors rarely touch it in medical school. Gastrointestinal specialists will not consider the rectum in a sexual arousal sense, and urologists don't look at the gastrointestinal tract, so it needs a team of two kinds of specialists and some willing subjects to get into this research-wise before we begin spouting off about colo-rectal cancer, STI's etc. Especially when, as "sumyungguy" your name doesn't inspire much confidence.
