im suffering from mucus and blood discharge during stooling.i feel like to go toilet more than once.just before stooling i had a pain in my stomach.is it serious condition or its cureable.please help me.

This does sound serious, yes. Any time you have blood in your stool, especially accompanied by pain, you should go to the emergency room.
