i suffer from eczema and i find and read the articles of it before. but here's the question. my body temperature is slightly higher than normal stated by many. during hot day where everyone says its hot i think it is actually warm(the normal temp. for me). but thats the problem, even though it is actually "normal temp." for me my eczema still acts out. what should i do. also i can't stand cold than hot so i always try to sit further away from the air con because i felt like i was freezing rather than cool but others don't feel the same way. its very bothersome.

Try showering with cooler water each time you shower from now on. Keep lowering the tempture a tiny bit day by day until u have reached a cooler lvl of comfortableness. For temporary results start the shower with very very hot water( as hot as u can take and little more) until you are pretty exhausted from the heat, only then start gradually reducing water tempeture .
what u are doing is confusing the problem/you.
