Hello everyone. I would first like to point out that i have been dieting for quiet a while now. I started dieting in November of 2007 as a test to see if i could. I was over weight but wasn't to concerned with losing weight.
Let me just cut to the point
Right now i eat 1000-1400 calories daily.
I weigh 190 pounds.
And i am a male.

I'm not exactly sure how healthy this is but i have lost 67 pounds thus far. And i really wish to lose more.
Just wondering what everyone's opinions are.
