My Hands Turn A Funny Colour and It Becomes Difficult To Move My Fingers

Hi, I'm just wondering what my problem is and how I can fix it. Whenever I am in an open environment with a cool temperature my hands turn a very terrible colour. They are all read underneath from blood surfacing to the skin and my knuckles turn purple and my skin gets flaky. It becomes hard to move my fingers because they are so cold on the inside. I always have to keep my hands in my pockets and I always am embarrassed to show my hands in public. If there is any information you guys could give me it would mean a lot. Thanks.
