My HOLEP experience. Walked out of hospital with no catheter, but chasing elusive bowel movement

70 Yr Old from Louisiana - BPH with 231 gram P with bladder stones n repetitive bacteria infections with bleeding - 2 retentions in ER, left with Foley - Performed HOLEP July 14, 2021 at Northwestern Medical in Chicago by Dr. Amy Krambeck; In OR at 10:30am - Recovery 1:30pm - Walked out hospital 4pm with no catheter.....Day 4 July 18, ALL good - except chasing elusive BM.....
