My kids lips, eyes and sometimes hands & penis are swollen after waking up from sleep.

Swollen eyes lips penis hands over a year ago

My kid is 6 yrs old and from the past 1.5 months he has been having this problem of swollen eyes in the morning after he wakes up from sleep. Earlier the problem was only under the eyes, now his palm, lips and penis were also swollen. Doctor has prescribed Benadryl but whenever we stop that medicine the swelling comes up again. We are looking for some other doctors to consult, but anyone has come across similar symptoms and has now been cured then please advise.

would figure out allergies and get him help. allergy medications could stop this from starting, but he can not live like this. Either laundry soap, or something in the room. Mold, or something. Clean with white vinegar, walls and every piece of furniture. If it does not stop let him stay with family for a while. See if the change helps him. If you must move from the house and get him new furniture. Air bed and new sheets with nothing else in the room.

If he is having this problem, get him out of this home. permanent damage could be done by this happening over and over. Once you have this done allow him back and see if you have fixed the problem. Someone can help you with this. Just ask.

Hello, my son just turned 8. About 7 months ago, his penis would swell really really bad and for no reason we could figure out. Then his lips started to swell. There was no pattern, just out of the blue. We contributed it to maybe seafood, peanuts, chlorine in a pool, but then it didnt happen consistently when we exposed him to them again. We then started to see a pattern of him having a cold and these things swelling at the same time. So far, with every cold/virus, something swells and it is so scary. No one knows, allergists, doctors, educated family members who are doctors. I worry so bad. I need help as well!!!!! Blood work isnt showing anything either..I am at a loss for my baby boy :( please if anyone has any insight or suggestions.... thank you
