hi im ranneasha im 165 pounds and i would like to lose it and i finally found a way do it for yuh not any one else and that will help yuh to do much better set golas dont try to push your body to do so much at one time say yuh start by working out at 15 min a dayand when yuh ready yuh can work yourself up to 30 min a day and so fourth me and my mom are in thois togather i have a journal that i wirte in every day and talk about some of the excprinces i have during this trial and i wirte whatt i eat and at what time i eat it. and i keep days i keep track i also wirte whih day to check my weghit every to weeeks i also wirte down my  golas and thats all i have to say for now till next time:-)

here is what you have to do! You have to balance your recieving energy (which you take by food) and losing energy (which you lose by everyday activities, the energy you use for heart beating, breathing, thinking, and especisialy by physical activity). So if you are not satesfide with your body weight, you have spend more energy that you are taking in. Reduce your meals, correct them, and add some physical activity. It could be 15 min per day at the begining, Aerobic activity.
