Ok so I'm 15 years old and I turn 16 next month in October and my voice is high and my penis is only about 3.2 inches when it's not erect and about 5.3 inches when it on erect and People I know there penis is way bigger than this at my age there's is already 6 inches and I am about 5'8 or 5'7 and my shoe size is about 9 and if I use to masturbate a lot n sometimes I still do but I will really like to know when I start penis growth

The AVERAGE sized penis for an adult male is 5 - 5 1/2". You are there. Yes, some guys are bigger, some MUCH bigger, but there are many that are smaller.
You are NORMAL and it can grow into your early 20's.
When you look at your penis and someone elses, you are looking at it from a different angle.
Your voice will change at some point. We all develop differently and at different rates/times. Don't compare yourself to others, you are unique - and NORMAL.
