I was on Methadone for six years, heroin three years prior to that. I was at 150 mg a day, i decreased down to 60 mg, and walked away. I went to a detox facility for 9 days, the worst hell i have ever been through. I had detoxed off heroin before, but i wasnt ready for the methadone.
Well, its 100 days later, and iam still feeling like hell. The first 13 days i went without a drop of sleep, until i got some Seroquel. The Seroquel helped at first w/ the sleep along w/ 5 mg Ativan. Now it seems the Seroquel doesnt work for the sleep, and iam having the worst 24/7 anxiety. The anxiety is destorying me. I would have never thought i would still feel this bad after three months of being off it. I dont have any money for a good dr. , and the clinic i go to just seems so impatetic to what iam going through. I honestly feel like if i cant get ahold of this anxiety issue iam going to go back to using, and that scares the hell out of me.

can anyone help me. is there anyone who has gone through this?
any help would be so appriciated.
