My penile length has not increased I am 16

So I am 16 and I feel that my penis has not increased in size for about 4-5 years, it is 4" flaccid and 5.5" erect. If it helps I have a decent amount of armpit hair but it's not very thick but it is long hairs, also my pubic hair is about 2" long. If it helps I have got a little bit of chest hair but not much (small black hairs) if anyone can give me advice or at least tell me if I will still grow would be help, also people in my house have a lot bigger bulges than me so I am abit self conscious.
