Hi, Bahaadin89.

A count of 192 million is considered to be well above average and is generally considered to be a good sign of fertility. However, it's important to note that sperm count is just one factor in overall fertility, and there are other factors that can affect your chances of conceiving.

In terms of motility (or the percentage of moving sperm), 40% is within the normal range. Ideally, the motility should be at least 50% or higher, but this can vary depending on individual factors.

It's also important to note that having a varicocele (an enlargement of the veins in the scrotum) can affect fertility by reducing sperm count and motility. It's possible that the varicocele surgery you had may have improved your sperm count and motility. However, it's important to keep in mind that it can take several months for sperm production to return to normal after surgery, so it's possible that your results may continue to improve over time.

Anyway, if you are trying to have kids, you are on the right track.
