Everytime I exercise (jog or walk) on the tredmill, my stomach will bloat and become hard. Why does this happen?

Jenni is this happening absolutely every time when you exercise? And for how long does it stays like that? And does it hurt? I mean this is an obvious sign that something is wrong but maybe it would be best to check with your doctor what the problem is and what can you do to prevent this from happening. It is great that you exercise and take care of your body but if this happens every time than you are doing something wrong. I did a little research and I have read that dehydration can cause similar symptoms so check that you drink enough of water when you exercise because one of the main sources of our energy is water. So when we don't have enough energy and we are still trying to accomplish our daily routine body is stopping to work properly. I hope that you are going to solve your problem and that you will continue with exercising because it is a great way to keep your body and mind healthy.
