Average for a 14-15 year old is 4-5" erect so you are right where you should be.
Some guys just get bigger earlier. There is nothing you can do to change it. Your penis, and his, can both grow into your early 20's. His might stop growing before your does.
Average, for an adult erect, is 5.1".
Lots of guys are circumcised.
