My great uncle of the age 69 is experiencing some very strange symptoms. He used to be full of energy however, lately he has had none. When I say none I mean it. He sleeps all day long constantly complaining of being to tired to do anything. Also he says that he feels like vomiting all day but obviously never does. It is very concerning because I haven't ever seen anything like this. Constant fatigue and nausea, if you have any relevant possible solutions please respond.
