my friend stopped taking methadone almost 3 months ago. recently he is experiencing severe nausea, and pain in his side. This pain is the reason he was put on methadone to begin with. He has had relatively few side affects from stopping the methadone. Now, the pain has increased to the point where he can hold nothing down and was admitted for de-hydration. Today, the doctor told him that he can't help my friend. I need some advice please.
