I have been an "extreme walker" and as a result developed external roids that are requiring a hemmroidectomy. My love of walking could be replaced by any exercise that would put less pressure to that area. It is the energizing effect to my mind and body I'm seeking. Any suggestions.
I prefer to exercise at home as I work at home and normal spend 1-2 hours a day on my treadmill 7 days a week. Thanks for any help. :-D
