I had a baby 4 months ago and put on like 5 stone, I now weigh 17stone 2Lbs huge I no :(. For the last 2 weeks I've changed my eating I have a slim fast in the mornin and lunchtime and chicken or fish with veg for dinner I've started a workout dvd but finding it a bit hard as I haven't worked out in a while I would like to lose between 2-3stone by october as its my birthday and hoping to wear something nice. Any advice on exercises or anything I'd be grateful. Also I take my son for walks in his buggy which is hard sometimes his a demanding baby and wants to be held lol.

I also gained weight after my second pregnancy. I realized that exercising doesn't work for me anymore and that my appetite doubled as if I'm still eating for two.
