I'm 16, i weigh roughly 12 stone  and i'm 5''5 

i've always wanted to be thin since i was a child, my mum was always obsessed with her weight and i think when she felt insecure she'd tell me that i was fat and that would just make me eat more XD 

anyway i have cut down a lot of bad stuff from my diet and i drink nothing but green tea, but i can't control my portions, my will power sucks, and then sometimes my brother will order takeaways which he shares with me, which is terrible i know. but i've been wanting to be slim for so long now, i just need some direction and tips that will help me lose weight because it just seems to never shift!! plus I just know that i'd be so much happier at 9 stone, there are lots of clothes i want to wear  X_X
