Hello, I'm 14years old and way around 10stone. I used to have a personal trainer for 2years, I managed to lose about 3stone, but I couldnt afford it anymore, so I gave it up. I ended up putting most of it back on, since then I have lost around half a stone again, with help from 'acai berry' pills, and eating healthy, but I can safely say I strongly dislike exercise now, after 2years of it 3 or more times a week I don't do exercise unless I feel like it really.
I dont eat un-healthy foods, I have small portions (I started having small portions recently). I mainly eat vegtables and salad so I am really annoyed that I'm not losing anything in large amounts. I dont eat fruits because I dont really like them, they make me feel sick etc. I also only dring water.
I have wanted to lose weight for a LONG time, but I'm even more determined recently because I'm having a beach party in July for my birthday, and I would like to be able to wear; if not a bikini, but atleast nice shorts and vest, but look nice and thin because at the moment when I wear these types of clothes I think I just look fat and discusting so I wont wear shorts without tights or leggins, and a vest without a jacket etc.
If you can help me thank-you, I would appreciate it.
