Hello. Cubitus valgus can manifest when one is born. It is a condition where elbows are turned out. However, if they are really present at birth, they can indicate some severe genetic syndromes. Neuritis of ulnar nerve can be a result of cubitus valgus. The symptoms are presented in the beginning with tingling sensation. However, it can sometimes get worse. Hi, there. Cubitus valgus is not so common among population as far as I know. Perhaps, I am wrong, I am not sure. In any case, cubitus valgus can indeed be responsible for neuritis of n. ulnaris. It can be done by surgery. Some surgeons recommend nerve decompression. They do this by moving the ulnar nerve around the elbow. This should fix the problem. Your friend should consult a specialist about this. I hope everything will be all right. Bye!
