hi ok ive never had sex before so i dont think it is a std but i have this pimple like thing on the inner lips of my vagina i have a small one in the lower part, and another one on the very inside of my lips of my vagina that is very different from the pimple one. it almost like a growth in side of the lip and it has a puss like covering. i dont know what i they are or what to do to get rid of them.. any help?

When you say at you've never had sex, does that mean that you've never had intercourse, but you have had oral sex, for example. If you have had oral sex, you still run the risk of having contracted an std. Either way, pusing pimples are not a good sign. You've got to get this checked immediately. Be careful to practice good hygiene practices. Keep your hands washed if you are touching the pimples and abstain from sexual activity to protect the health of others until you find out what you are dealing with. Good luck!
