Hi - I'm a 46 y.o. male and I have been experiencing a minor post nasal drip at night which has started in early to mid summer and lasted until cold weather for the last two years. Last year I experienced a sore throat but this year the sore throat is accompanied by a stinging sensation on my tongue. Both symptoms only occur at night and go away once I have my morning cup of coffee. The symptoms stop occurring when I go on vacation but come back when I return home. I was curious to know whether the post nasal drip could be causing the stinging sensation on my tongue or whether it could be an unrelated symptom of something else.

Thanks in advance for any help!
