They are all liars! The butchers at Clark Urology, said the same thing after having to perform the TURP twice because they messed up so badly the first time and sent me home too soon. I have not contacted Cedar Sinai and won't since you tell me it will be of no avail. As you will see below, there are corrective procedures, one of which is summarized below. There are others as well. I am no surgeon but one sounds as simple as an injection of collagen into the bladder neck.
I searched surgical correction of post-TURP retrograde ejaculation and got many hits. I suggest you do the same. The hard part seems to be finding a doctor to perform it. If you find one, please let me know.
Good Luck,
Danny

I had the surgery done about two months ago. He did tell me about no ejaculation before the surgery. So I understood. I just did not think it would affect me as much as it does. There is feeling when I do have an orgasm, but it’s just not the same without anything coming out. It does not seem like the orgasm is as good as it used to be. I am hoping that time will heal, but from reading all these replies it does not sound like it will. I too would look forward to seeing information on how this could be corrected. I understand it was a blockage and it did help the urine stream immensely. I no longer take medicine for that (Flomax), which I like. The less pills I have to take, the better. I just hope ejaculation issue can someday be corrected

Hi Easy does it ! :
I am in almost the exact situation you describe only I am just now on my 6th month after green light surgery. My doubt is in regard to the following: Did your first “normal” ejaculation (non RE Ejaculation) take place 18 months after the DAY you had your GL surgery done or was it 6 months or 12 months ? Because you wrote “sexual functions came back slowly over the past 6 months”…
Finally, is it possible your fortunate case was possible because the “gland” or “valve” which in some GL surgery is affected in your case was spared ? Thanks in advance for your reply.
