My doctor diagnosed me with mononucleosis. I had fever and sore throat, but this is all better now. He said I should stay out of any activities for more than 1 month, but 2 and a half weeks had passed since then and I feel healthy. Could I continue with my daily activities (for example I run 2 miles every day and I really have the need to proceed)???

Hey there,
I think it is better not to. Most of doctors (also yours) recommend no activities for at least a month!!! Listen to experts! Mononucleosis is not just about fever and sore throat, it has a lot to do with enlarged lymph nodes and spleen!!! I sincerely recommend no physical activity for at least 2 or 3 weeks!
Best wishes!
