Very interesting article with some well-written facts. It's a fact that many people do not know the right or healthiest way to lose weight. Yes it would seem so, however definitely not true for the unfortunate some. I weigh between 183 and 191, I could never eat that amount of calories x10 or I would continue to balloon. I am not saying I'm typical, but I have been searching for reasons of why this has been happening to me(a former tiny, thin, petite woman) who is now morbidly obese. I currently eat between 800-1600 calories a day(very very meticulously calculated/portions weighed). And I still maintain this loathsome weight. :(
