Hi. I have a dog and his diagnose is hip dysplasia. Because I’ve heard a lot of this disease I was wandering if the solution for it is surgery or there are other interventions that can be useful? Are there any non surgical interventions of hip dysplasia? Thank you in advance.

Non-surgical interventions include three elements: weight control, exercise control, and medication. Motley, non-surgical treatment is aimed primarily at pain relief but after that it considers all condition of dog. Non surgical interventions regime can usually be maintained long term, for as long as it is effective in keeping the symptoms of dysphasia at bay. I suggest you to do some thing such as vitamin therapy or medication but also simple things that can be very useful like warming bad. Treatment for young dogs is usually combined with rest.
