I am 32, my penis is small until I get erected, previously i don't have any problems in pulling back my foreskin, but since 2weeks i have foreskin split similar to our lips in winter, now it splits are closing slowly, but my foreskin part of penis become contrapted, when I am not erected i am able to pull with less pain.. but when I am erect it is tight and not able to pull back fully
