I am 5 week pregnant and went to doctor for a trans vaginal scan ,doc said fetas looks okay d however he couldn't hear any heartbeat . On my pregnancy hormone test ,the result doubled up in 48 hours . So please let me know ,what could be the reason of not getting heartbeat .
