I think many people here have the wrong idea about Novasure expected results.  Novasure does 1 thing,  decrease or end heavy menses.  It only deals with the flow,  not PMS or PMDD symptoms such as bloating, cramps,  headaches, backaches, hormonal fluctuations  etc.  Your body still believes it is having a period so you will still be symptomatic just without a flow.  If your symptoms listed above are an issue they need to be addressed separately from the heavy flows not blamed as a Novasure failure.  You may need some form of hormonal therapy like birth control,  SSRIs for mood stabilization,  a muscle relaxer for cramps and back pain or use of a heating pad.
