I am currently taking 30 ml of methadone a day and want to change over to suboxone. Anyone out there have a suggestion as to what level would be the easiest to make the switch.

Hi, i'm currently on 46ml of Methadone and i'm looking to switch. My Doctor told me that the best time to do this if you really really want to is at 20ml. How do you feel at the minute on 30ml? Are there any bad withdrawls yet?
