There could be no need to do anything but your doctor should examine you to make sure.

The same here. My left testicle almost feels as if there are many different parts in it while the right is an actual "ball"

Have you been to the doctor to have your damaged testicle looked at ?

For those of you here who were kicked in the groin, or racked a pole, & are curious if your going to be ok, allow me to comfort you... My balls got torn up by a female attacker with very long fake nail extensions, she ripped & tore them to pieces thrashing around while skewering, & grinding them both to multiple pieces. She then twisted them around and yanked on them like she was trying to rip them off. I went to the hospital a coupple weeks later when the pain & swelling became unbareable. Where I learned that doctors don't know very much about that kind of thing. They did an ultrasound and told me they were "extremely damaged," & at a higher risk for cancer & i should get a full castration, which obviously I viamently refused. the doctor then prescribed me 400mg Adil & sent me away with no resolution. It has been a year and a half since the incident, & while they still hurt, & are very clearly damaged (just chopped up chunks, hanging from strings) I can still have sex, masturbate, & have occasional nocturnal emissions. The point I'm trying to make is that the testicles are very resilient, & doctors are often wrong. Even though they often hurt, & could become infected & cancerous, i'm very glad I did not get them removed. So for the guy who got kicked in in the balls the other day who's worried about his future, just take it easy, take an advil, and throw an ice pack wrapped in a towel on them when they get too swollen, & you should make a full recovery. If you do go to the doctor, they will very likely recommend surgery, just like when you go to the car dealership they recommend you buy a brand new car.
