Hi everybody. I would like to start doing some exercises, but as I was not much active so far, I would like to by one good exercise machine suitable for me. I’ve recently heard for orbitrek. What do you think of it?? Is that just another exercise fad? Also, if I buy it, how much time will I have to spend on the it to get results? Thanks.

I don’t think that it is just another exercise fad as you put it. Elliptical exercisers are quite revolutionary answer to the problems posed by earlier workout machines. They simulate the way nature intended your body to move producing supposingly good exercise. Also, a workout of any amount time should produce results – if and only if it is done consistently. Anyway, I think that daily 30-minute workout should be more than enough.

Hi, well im no doctor or nutrition specialist but im a woman whos struggled with my weight for years. I have been on a low gi diet and using the orbitrek a few times a week for about half an hour at a time for the past month and I have lost 5kgs. I'm sure the orbitrek has a lot to do with this but so does the low gi diet... that said - weightloss and a healthy body dont need 'diets'.. choose a new lifestyle that includes regular excersize and try a low gi eating plan. ul find ur energy levels improve, u will loose weight and you'll love the feeling of finally seeing results!! good luck! dont give up - thats the big trick! even if u dont see results in the first week or two keep trying - dont give up!! my starting weight was 211pounds. last year i gymed like a crazy person and only lost 4.5 pounds...i wasnt eating right!! now im down to 196pounds and its really exciting to see the changes!! im heading for 165pounds - so i still have quite a way to go! but i break it down to smaller goals and that keeps me motivated. at the moment im focusing on reaching 190 pounds- and im hoping to be there by the end of march.... from there im about half way! try setting urself some reasonable short term goals and just go for it! life is too short to spend stuck in a body that stops you from living to the fullest!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!

Hi. I started walking 3-4 times a week for an hour for a month and did not lose any weight. When I started with the Orbitrek, it was difficult as it pushes you to the max. Just 1 week and 2 kgs lighter...

hi.. i bought orbitrek on first week of august. i workout 10 min in morning (for sure) and if i have time i ll do 10 min in evening. now i lost 4 kgs. feeling good. now my knee pain is gone. start with low resistance and then increase gradually. for the first three days i worked out for only 6-7 mins.

dont worry how much weight you are. when i started working out i was 102kg and now 98kg. see its working.

with a determined mind set and focussed vision sucess is never far from reach. bye.
