Those who gave out info knowing you had no idea what you were saying are idiots; One example would be the id**t that stated any kind of caffeine would increase erections because it increases blood flow. If you are into cocaine, I suspect you may have a bigger problem than the size and firmness of your tool. In a case like this you may need to fix the cocaine dependency in the first place.

there is no such bigger problem! haha for real though.. any kind of drug use alters ur brain chemistry function and yes will eventually affect your ability to have an erection, along with many other problems. Now mind you i am not quite an expert, but i know that masterbation is healthy when done in moderation, but it does affect certain hormones and nuerotransmitters and, when done in excess, these chemicals will be thrown off balance resulting in trouble with erections as well as other mild side effects. But like with any other chemical or hormonal imbalance, the body will correct itself.

Psychological ed usually corrects itself as well, given time and removal from the stimuli your brain has become dependant on.

i am a single girl who has had a fair amount of sexual partners over the last 3 years. Even though I may have more "special friends" than average, I still value good connection and great sex.

I definately notice when a partner either masturbates a lot or probably more accurately, more rigorously. I notice less erection, and more anxiety over orgasm. ie: their needs are very specific, and he needs more specific directions (tweeting nipples, anal stimulation, slapping) in order to cum.

Trust me this masturbation is not harmful even in eccess c**p that doctors talk about is completely BS. I can vouch for that. It's only reason I'd be on a forum about this in the first place. I've lost about an inch in length thanks to masturbation. My penis hasn't physically shrunk but now i only get to 6 inches when I at a time before i started mastubating regularly was at 7 and half. Started having this problem during post secondary which is when i satrted doing it often. I only get half as  hard as I used to be able to. Haven't had sex yet, not looking to anytime soon, but when i do, I'm worried that his could be a problem in relationships since sex obviously matters. I'm a good looking guy and if I am not able to perform to expectations you can imagine how embarassing it would be. I can stand up but not as hard, long, or as long lasting as before.

Due to some of the burdens of university, i have grown out of shape. Nobody has noticed since i am able to hide it but as you guys said, excercise, diet, physical fitness all contribute to a healthy erection whihc has been made extremely difficult to do due to the burdans of university, and all the garbage food i am forced to buy. Once i'm done Uni, i will renew my gym membership and start working out regularly and eating healthy like the good ol days.

The thing I am worried about is if this will be enough? I plan on ending this masturbation habit soon since I need to devlop more self control. But even if i do all these things, will i be able to get an erection like i used to initially. Or am I at a permanent loss due this mishap? i do not want to use viagra or any of that stuff.
