im 12 and im 125 pounds, it may not seem to bad but i have diabetes and its hard for me to weigh this much. people seem to think that diabetes just means that u r fat and weighing 125 pounds and it doesnt really help. i guess this doesnt help much either but good luck! :-)

Look i feel the same way im like 130 and im sick of it. the only thing is my parents wont get the food i need. i cud stick to it only if i had wat i needed!!! this is very hard becasue this is our childhood and at first we looked good in a swimsuit but now we have a boy problem!! i want to show this boy wat he been missin for the pass 4 years and boy once i loose forty pouds he gon be all over me babe! dont give up! we over weight peps gotta stick togetha! haha

im 12 and im fat! i weigh about 140 pounds. i no some people would say thats not fat, but i am! its mostly stoumach fat. im starting eating healthier, drinking LOTS of water, and doing lots of sit-ups. i already play soccer 4-5 days a week, so excersize isnt rly a prob. and hon, it doesnt matter wat u weigh, ur beautiful. dont diet unless its wat u want, not wat everyone else wants. and stay hydrated!!

I as an overweight person too. Im 12 turning 13 in 2 months and weight like 135 pounds. I know to you it may not seem much but just being over weight is making me lazing and affecting my heat and acedemics. I was an 98% average student now Im a 41% average student. I cry every day think Im so fat while all the other girls weight about 75-100 pounds.

im 12 and weigh 159 lbs. i know how it feels like to not fit in but i have amazin friends now tha i am in middle school. ive lost 10 lbs but am still overweight and i feel like i cant do it. my half mile time improved like 30 seconds and i now eat a banana and orange a day and i walk a mile to school every day but the weights not shedding. i feel helpless

:-( I am also 12 but i weigh about 215 lb nd my dad and brother and mom dont help all they do is tell me that i need to loose weight but not how! Well no shiz i need to loose weight but i dont know how!! i am about 4' 3". My aunt is completely un helpfull she weighs 600 lbs atleast and and all she does is tells me to eat c**p with her she trys to make me fat like her if it wasnt for her i wouldn't have this probem. (and she wonders why i hate her) Plaese somebody tell me how to loose weight! Im 3 mounths away from summer vacation and then im gonna be in 8th grade i want to be about 150lb by then the work my way lower thropugh out the year for hihg school. omg i feel so bad i was 5'1 and wayed 150 and it was hard for me so i can only imagine how much it is for u i recomend that you join a gym i dont recomend you have to join a gym you have to cant just walk that much off YOU HAVE TO JOIN A GYM AND STICK TO IT turn to your family for modivation and they will give it to you they are the people who keep me going if your family dosnt help then find some friends because u need modivation. For the gym i recomend u goin curves its easy and proven effective and plus the staff are great modivators. Also you have to diet. you should at least loose a pound a week or you need a new diet. No fab diets though. Just cut callories. No more than1200 each day and watch the fat. You can have unlimited numbers of veggies. Also about your ant you just need to explain to her your situation and tell her to support you not pull you in the wrong direction. If possible you should get her to loose wait with you then u both can modivate each other. And most of all you have to set realistic goals. Personally i dont think its possible to go to 150 by 8th grade. It might be im not a dietition but go monthly or weekly never yearly. You should loose 2 pounds per week in the beggining and towards the end u get to stubborn fat so mabe 1 so 8 or 4 poiunds a month wich is realy good also you should go to the stor and by a shirt a size smaller than you are aandd keep it in plain sight then after each month try it on and see if there is a difference. If u fit into it get another one that is smaller. Also before you start weight losss take a picture in one of your outfits and eeven when u loose wight keep it and when you have lost all your weight try it again and see the difference it feels great. Good luck i realy feel for u just most importain even when u loose all ur wieght keep workin out. :-( :-D :-D :-D
