Ok so I'm twelve and weigh 188 lbs. To lose weight, I've started biking an hour a day, going for walks 3 times a week, 30 minutes each, doing 15 push-ups a day, doing 15 sit-ups a day, and going swimming once a week for at least an hour. Then for food, I have one bowl of fruit and one bowl of vegetables a day, I replace all of my soda with water, limit my fast food to only once a week (because we use to eat it like 4 times a week! That was my mom's choice though, not mine). Before I started doing this, I ate junk food a lot, drank a lot of soda, and didn't really care about exercising, but that all changed! Never give up! There's always light at the end of the tunnel!
