me to ,i am 53 kgs and so short (4.10 feet) i feel so wierd and my thighs ,ugh......i dont know how many pounds that is...maybe116 pounds.i drink lemon water with a pinch of honey every morning(first thing). i m not exersising much cuz of studies and exams round the corner. i will after 2 weeks go cycling 2 hours a day do yoga and skipping and tellu guys the results!! everybody says i lost some . i m 12 years too by the way.

hi i am 12 too. I dont know if i am excatally overweight but i know how you feel my parents use to disturb me about my weight it was so bad that i had to shop for new jeans ever 2 weeks i used to weigh 58.9 kg one day. I was disspointed and i cried for hours and realize crying wont help so i cut down and became a vegeterian and i also did not eat anything but friuts and i ate only lunch which were cucumbers. I miss dinner and bearkfast. Which is extermley bad:-( . I excriced 3times a day morning afternon night. They were hard workouts. That made my body hurt for days. The frist week i weight 55.6 kg it was great so i got more serious. I soon weighted 50.4 kg i was so happy but not my family they used to complement but they said i looked so weak and no myslef. ThEN I BECAME 46.9 KG NOW. But my clothes did not fit right they were saggy. So now i eat properly and stick to diets but not to strave mysdlef i also workout alot and eat meat no more veg. l REALIZED I was prefect the way i was and even thought i lost most of my curves i still try to be kid not a grow i would worry about my weight when i am in my 20s but for now just enjoy life while it last:-)

There is always a way. Use WeightWatchers again and try againm! You can do it 185 isn't Super terrible.

I know exactly how it feels to be an overweight young child. I was almost 200 pounds when I was 13. I want to tell you this formula that my doctor gave me and, for me, it works. It all rests on portion control and keeping a food diary. I do not have cheat days, but I do eat make choices on whether I want to spend calories on something or not. Take your ideal bodyweight and multiply by ten. Remember to set a realistic goal or the goal that your doctor thinks is realistic. For example, if it's 150 pounds, you take in no more than 1500 calories per day. You also exercise 150 minutes each week. Also, eliminate drinks with calories. That means soda, milk, oj, or flavor in your water. Those calories stay with you longer than food with the same amount of calories. You will find you'd rather have healthy foods with less calories because you can eat more and our brains our trained to have more food. This formula also helped me see how bad I was really eating before. It has worked for me and it is not hard. It just becomes a part of your day. It doesn't cost extra money and therefore, if it doesn't work, it isn't money that your parents have lost. But, prove it to yourself, not to anyone else.

First of all im 12 don't think about this wrong just go outside and walk in the morning, I'm only 100 pounds. What I do is go outside in the morning and WALK (only walk) for about 30 min before eating or drinking, I used to be about 150 pounds till I started doing that. The reason is for there is no sugar or salt and your cells just feed of of your fat. But only walk

hey! i know how you feel. i weigh 65 kilograms and i am 12. i am lazy and do not work out but i will be changing that. i set some short term goals to help me aceive my long term goal to lose weight. you could ask some other people or other friends llike u who want to lose weight as its better and easier to do it with someone else. make an inspirational board. put lots of pictures of what u have achieved and pictures of what u look like now then put a picture next 2 it of how u want 2 look. take every opportunity u have to work out example: talking on the phone- pacing- that sort of thing. there are so many people out there who want to lose weight and u r not the only one. be positive and dont be shy 2 ask for fitness advice to anyone. we r all here for u and we all love u!

hey I'm 12 too I have been thought a lot i weight 190 i think if u need a bubby im here cuz my family doesn't give me any help with it people at school just make fun of me alot i hope we can be long distance friends

Ok so I'm twelve and weigh 188 lbs. To lose weight, I've started biking an hour a day, going for walks 3 times a week, 30 minutes each, doing 15 push-ups a day, doing 15 sit-ups a day, and going swimming once a week for at least an hour. Then for food, I have one bowl of fruit and one bowl of vegetables a day, I replace all of my soda with water, limit my fast food to only once a week (because we use to eat it like 4 times a week! That was my mom's choice though, not mine). Before I started doing this, I ate junk food a lot, drank a lot of soda, and didn't really care about exercising, but that all changed! Never give up! There's always light at the end of the tunnel!

I am 12 and i way 210 but i lost 11 pounds from helping around the house moving around and not eatting alot because i wasnt hungery no i am going for bike rides every night with my brothers friend mom

I have the exact same problem eating less is just too hard dont try tht try to eat helthier find foods good for u u like i found i love broccoli zuchini and others things also think about the whieght your gonna lose while exercising not how long it takes i lost almost 10 pounds tht way
