The food that is available in our country is making you fat. You can lose weight if you change what you eat but your parents will have to help out. You should eat no processed foods. There are terrible ingredients in processed foods. That means no eating in restaurants. All restaurant food is unhealthy for you. It is all processed foods. Also no eating food that comes in a box or can. Eat only whole foods like meat, fruit and vegetables. If your family can afford it, eating grass fed meats are much healthier for you than what you get in a grocery store. I lost a lot of weight many times. This last time, I was so sick and have worked so hard to get well, that I do not cheat anymore. People give me a hard time, but I ignore them. It's my body. Stay away from all food that has wheat flour in it or any kind of sugar. Food manufacturers will try to trick you by calling it something else so stay away from all of it. If you only eat real whole food, that won't be an issue. That's where your parents need to help you. This is something you need to do for you for the rest of your life. Good luck to you sweetie!
