I'm 13 yrs old and weigh 150. Im 5'5. I know the healthy weight for me is like 130. I hate my body especially my stomach. I have an amazing boyfriend but I feel uncomfortable around him cuz he weighs 126 and is tiny! I'm fatter then my 15 ur old sis and I've tried everything! I play soccer but thts it. I can't stand lookin in mirrors cuz I'm so ugly. It depresses me an I need help! I dont eat breakfast and try not to eat supper. I know it's bad but I don't don't know what else to do! Please anything would help. I need to lose 20 lbs ASAP. Thanks.

Not eating will NOT help you. That would just put your body in starvation mode. You will gain weight that way. Always eat breakfast! You should try eating small meals throughout the day. Keep playing soccer if you enjoy it. Eat between 1200-1428 calories a day. That will be a good start. Let me know how it goes. By the way, I am 14 and I know how you feel.
