I am overweight and feel uncomfortable looking this way. I have problem to make physical activity regular part of my daily schedule. I eat less that before, take fruit instead of candies etc. How can I force myself to exercise when I’m not fond of it and never have gone in for any sport? I have a cat, s I can’t run around with her as I could if I would have a dog, but that’s obviously not a main problem. Please post if you have any suggestion. Thanks in advance.

Well, any physical activity may be helpful more than absence of physical activity. You can start walking more-leave your car 10 minutes away from your job and walk to it. Ride a bike on Sundays. Even cleaning the house and washing the car may be helpful. I’m sure you can force yourself to have physical action 10 minutes daily. The first result would be the best price for you and will make you be more persistent in your decision. You know that you didn’t put on extra weight over night, it won’t be easy, but it’s not mission impossible.
