Of Late, I am having bouts of shap pain in my left ear and always I feel spasm like around my left ear especially at the back of my ear and utpo my neck. I had taken antibiotics and of no result. Can somebody help me out? Thanks in advance.

ear pain is something you should solve with your ear-nose-throat doc. It might be an infection resistant to the antibiotic you've been taking, but it could be also something in your throat reflecting to the ear. I think the best thing you can do right now is visit your ENT asap. Good luck!
