Its been about a week since I have this pain soreness around my bum hole, although the pain has decreased over the week, I just want to know if this is a serious problem because It hurts when I sit, when taking a poo and even hurt when standing up or walking. There is also some sort of liquid discharge coming out, its not a lot, its a little bit. 

If anyone can tell me what's going on, or what I should do, is there any treatment to this and also do I need to see a doctor because i rather not as this is quite shameful and embarrassing.
