I have had severe pain in my pelvis its mainly on the right side but it affects all across to the other. When i sit down i feel it from my bum to the pelvis area, and when im walking i cannot walk properly because it hurts so much. About 4 days was when it started and it started by whenever i lifted my right leg to move i had severe pain in my lower right back/top of my bum. Then it`s been my pelvis area ever since. Can anyone help by telling me what they think it could be.
