i am a 21 year old male, and for about a week now I've been having stomach and my left side under my ribs soreness. it's not a cramp but it's very sore to the touch. I cant sleep on my stomach because it hurts so bad, it hurts even when my shirts touches my stomach. i was diagnosed with IBS in 2004, but this doesnt feel like a symptom of it. i have never felt this pain before, it's so uncomfortable and painful. could someone tell me what this could be?
