I have had pain in my back since an 07 car wreck it is litterly an inch to the left of my spine and rightof my shoulder the only time the pain stops is if I have my gf get on my back and put her heel on the spot that has the burning sensation when she does this it is a hurt so good feeling then when she let's off the pain is back again...I can lift my arms and fully function but I cannot bend down n touch my toes for this intensifies the pain ten fold...wld a pain clinic be a smart move I'm on probation is y I Havnt yet didn't know if I cld take the pills where I'm on probation if they prescribe them too me....plz done one helpim tired of this back pain..:(

I am experencing a pain between my right and left shoulder blade and down my spine, I've had this for about eight months and nothing seems to work! I'm a dancer and i can't do any moves because my back is too tight. everyone I have seen have told me that's it's growing pains, because of my age but I have had growing pains and this is a lot worse. Can someone please help! I cannot deal with this pain it hurts too much!

I just started getting the same pain out of the blue and it never goes away it runs up the middle left side and extends out over the top of my shoulder. With bad cramping in my neck to the point where i cant turn my neck.im starting to worry about cancer issues cause it runs in my family.

I have a similar pain that almost feels like a heart attack at times I was prescribed gabapentin 800 mg three times a day. The opiates didn't help but once the gabapentin reached proper blood levels the pain subsided and when I stopped taking it the pain returned so I know the gabapentin is helping. Good luck not everyone is the same but it's worth a try.
