hi, it seems to b very unusual kind of thing.i have uncircumcised penis, n i have been masturbating since i was 9 yrs of age..i experience pain on touching the front part after stretching..its tooo sensitive to even touch it..but wont pain if lubricated with precum.i want to know is tis any prob?plz help me.. :$
