I start to feel a lot of pain in my legs and feet after I ejaculate, whether that being after sex or masturbation. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?

This condition is possibly down to vein issues around the groin and legs. During orgasm blood will increase pressure in the groin using the veins. After orgasm the aching some people experience is blood flowing into the groin area through veins that are compromised. This means basically varicose veins struggling to get blood to where it is needed.

It happenes to me to. Your muscles need a break from time to time. Ejaculating takes a lot of your muscles around that area. If you want to to stop it is probably about 2 weeks I would guess from ejaculation to ejaculation for there to be very very little to no pain at all.

I have the same thing happen to me except it’s both legs. My muscles stay sore for at least a day ( or until I masterbate again)
I think I must tense up then have an explosive orgasm causing my leg muscles to tighten.

I Actually think i might know why, but I'm not a doctor

I have been experiencing this aswell and thus took this as an advantage to look at it, what I noticed after the pain and before and during it, the feet are cold, which I think come into play since the feet are cold it effects our whole system in the legs and as writing this message I have climaxed earlier so I still feel it. My theory is that this has something involved with temperature or blood.

I’m a little late to this but this exact thing happens to me and it sometime mild pain in my calf and other times terrible pain.

It could be down to the muscles in your calf cramping up as the rest of your muscles go into spasm as you ejaculate.

I have this too I think. It started out as a periodic pai in my upper left thigh that just would hurt sometimes just out of the blue. I thought maybe thrombosis, Dr said no. I then noticed it would happen whenever I would ejaculated either through intercourse or maturation, happening just before climax and lasting just after, 30 seconds or so total. Then it started happening in both legs. The thing is, it is highly pleasurable.
