hi, i'm 23 years old and around a week ago i suddenly started to feel a piercing pain in my left testicle when ever i touch the bottom part of it, it's very sensitive, sometimes even my pants can cause me pain.
i've tried feeling my testicle as much as i could, looking for any bumps or something, but i didn't feel anything, i tried to compare how the same area of the right testicle feels and it's the same, can someone please tell me what could this be?

A few years ago I was hit in the testicles and it did hurt at first and went away, then I went running a few days after and i dont know what happend maybe it was not enough support but my testicles were sore for a whole month, I had multiple trips to the doctors and they just gave me some pain killers. you have to be carefull after they are hit because they are much more sensitive and they can be for more than just a few hours
