I'm no doctor or expert, it would come down to, how long and how far do you jog? It may be muscle fatigue. Try to stay well hydrated and if you don't take a multivitamin, I'd suggest starting to take one in the morning. I know a person can have random muscle spasms due to low potassium, I use to get them in my arms, I started taking a multivitamin every day, and the spasms stopped.
