i have been experiencing dull pain irregularly in my right testicle , and right leg , i had dopler study done which reads as grade 1 varicocele with normal flow on valsalva maneouveer on left pampiform plexus,i have, no problem on left, it is on right side is it related to varococele , or some other cause ,i m worried ?
